Had a slight mix-up with our original order. But after talking with Jason, he was very helpful in explaining the situation and doing whatever he could to make it right. Appreciate the great communication and quick attention to fix the issue. He followed through as promised and got us our order delivered just in time before we had to leave on a big shoot. We recommend Drones Etc. and will be looking to place our future orders there as well.

So I purchased two DJI Inspire 1 V2.0 Production Bundles and a Phantom 2 from Drones Etc. Everything was delivered fine, however, the Phantom was dead on arrival and Drones Etc would not support any issues or interface with DJI for me. In dealing with DJI the only thing they will offer me is a "refurbished" phantom... after spending close to $10,000 with drones etc I would expect better customer support. Don't buy from this company. I have since taken my successive purchases and replacement parts purchases elsewhere and have been very happy with them GetFPV being the main one. ---------------------------------- Update based on the Drones Etc Response. DronesEtc, Invoice Attached, I am not from a competitor, just an honest reviewer. I am sure that you can look up my phone number and contact me directly based on the invoice number and trouble ticket. I spoke with Matt Key on 7/6/2016, which was my last contact with DronesEtc. If you do want to contact me, please look up the trouble ticket and call me directly, not my company in general (its big). I have been posting these reviews so that people are warned about something that happened to me. So you know, DJI still hasn't resolved the matter.

As I tried to explain to Phil, we get on average $10.000 a day in fraudulent sales. I don't have enough time in my day to go through every single order and let people know why their orders were cancelled. If I had know before canceling the order that his order was legit, I could have worked with him to submit proof of identity so that our fraud prevention team could take a closer look. But when his order came in, they flagged it as fraudulent because his billing address wasn't correct. With our website, once an order is flag as fraudulent and is cancelled, the site doesn't notify the customer that their order was cancelled because they will simply try again with a different person'a card. So by me not letting Phil know that his order was cancelled, I do feel bad about it, but 8-10 orders a day where people are trying buy my products using stolen credit cards - I will try to spend my time with real customers. If I am a bad business owner because I don't accept fraudulent sales and that I take every measure to make sure our customers are protected from identity theft, then what is going on here?

Purchased my first Drone from Drones Etc. in March of 2015. I received everything I ordered. I ran into a few issues that where operator errors and I had to send it in for service, I crashed it hard. They (Becca and Matt) kept me up to date as to the status and answered any questions that I had once I got it back. I am going to up grade and will for surely be making that purchased from Drones Etc. Dean D.

Just found out this is not a Drones Etc. customer. This is someone that has not contacted Drones Etc. not ever had any experience with us. We think it's a competitor. Sad.

I have had a really good experience with Drones Etc. for over 3 years now. They get all of my orders shipped out on time, do an excellent job with support and have been nothing but helpful. Kudos!

Bought a P4 from these guys. They were great. UPS lost my package and Drones Etc was super helpful and responsive in getting the problem worked out with UPS. Will definitely do business with them again!

I ordered a Mavic from drones etc when they were backordered. When the mavic didn't ship as soon as I had hoped I emailed them and got an immediate response. I got a detailed response telling me where I was on the list and offering a full refund if I wanted. In short, they were very professional and kind. I kept my place in the line and JUST got my Mavic. I'm loving it! I know that I can contact them anytime for questions or concerns. They've been great!

Matt and Becca were so helpful in helping me select the right drone for my son. He opened it for Christmas and loved it! They then helped him set it up and gave him lesson on flying. Awesome guys!

Tip for consumers:
All I can say is for sure buy from these guys. They are the absolute best!

I paid $2100 for your Custom Phantom 3 Black "Everything you need kit" which is supposed to include the drone, GPS tracker, memory card, hardened case and more. The huge box came and I wrapped it up for my husband's Christmas present. Was my face red when he opened it on Christmas only to find an empty case! I've called repeatedly and left messages, as well as sending email. All I got was a lame email saying "the custom drone should have been shipped separately, and we'll have to check with shipping." Really! You call that customer service? Ridiculous! When you "guarantee" that a $2100 item will be delivered before Dec. 23 and then don't meet that guarantee, you should expect to refund the customer's money. I'll be writing a review of your company on every site I can find. You should close your business if you can't do better than this!

Becca bent over backwards for me in getting my custom order shipped out in record timing. Not only did she honor my initial order but she upgraded me at no cost to 2 day shipping. Big shoutout to this company. They are the Zappos of Drones!

I love drones etc. I have purchased a lot of drone equipment from them over the years and they have always been reliable and provide excellent customer service. They sell great products and they have a great knowledge of everything drone.

I've had my Mavic pre-order with these guys and they have been so great about keeping me up to date on the arrival of my drone. They were completely honest about the shipping delays and always quick to respond. I have my Mavic now and am loving it.

I bought a $2000 drone. They said they shipped it but they didn't. Then they made all kinds of false, empty promises about rectifying the problems. Then, when i bought the insurance, they c ontracted it out to somebody in NY so that when I sent in my drone for repair to Drones, Etc, it sat on somebody; s desk for 3 weeks while they tried to figure out what to do with it since they didnt even realize they had contracted out my insurance. CPS insurance is a joke as well.
Overall I can only say run from these people and this company as quickly as you can. Too many people trying to capitlize on the drone market, no concern for the customers.

I have always been a lover of gadgets. My latest passion included drones which urged me to buy a DJI Inspire.
