Absolute Dumpsterfire of an operation!
1) They sneakily slip in "Route Package Protection" into your cart at checkout.
2) They intentionally drag their feet on processing/shipping
3) Customer has an issue with their order... albeit late, mis-shipped or frankly NEVER shipped- then they use this "Route Package Protection" as a scape goat!
4) They wash their hands clean of any responsibility and defer all interactions form hence forth to the foreign, third party "Route" employees.
CLASSIC SCAMMERS!
Purchased product, product had no effect, contacted for refund and they agreed, and told me to ship it back. I notified them that the container was empty, where they then said they cannot issue a refund for an empty product. I reminded them of their 100% money back guarantee and they still refused.
Made a purchase on 26 August. Got a shipping message on 29 August. Now 5 September, no communication, no product. Sent them a messages and they said it was backordered for two weeks. I asked when they were going to communicate that. They asked if I wanted something else. I said no and I would wait, but let them know I would write a review. They cancelled my order immediately, but only cancelled the product and not the additional packaging. Yet I have no product. I am disputing the difference with my credit card. They cancel so they won't have any negative reviews out there. Don't order from them.
So rude… I have spent so much money with this place and last two orders have been ridiculously longer than before. Contacted customer service and they were so rude about it! They definitely don't value their customers! Rude rep told me to "please do" when advised I'd be leaving a review about this and then tried to say my orders were flagged for "fraud" as an excuse… also told me that they're "just customer service" and don't fill orders… funny thing is, this just happened and as I'm writing the review the order was just now conveniently filled… stuff happens, that's understandable… but the rudeness and lack of respect when you're a paying customer is appalling! I will be going elsewhere for kratom going forward! Keep in mind, no proof of it being "flagged" was sent… but order was finally shipped so clearly customer service has the ability to contact whoever is fulfilling orders. Products are good, slightly expensive but the arrogance of the employees is what's going to have me looking elsewhere!
