Embroidery Library

I have been machine embroidering for almost 2 years now and the majority of the designs I use and like best come from Emblibrary. They have the best designs that smoothly embroider without lots of jumping around and skipped stitches. Their designs are plentiful, cute, inexpensive, quality digitized work, and for a variety of hoop sizes. Each month this company gives away 2 separate designs in several sizes, just for checking in. In addition, they always have lots of designs on sale and they do monthly discounts for frequent buyers. If you own an embroidery machine, chances are you already know about Emblibrary and their beautiful designs and the freebies they do. And, you know how important good digitized work is to get a smooth, easy design that doesn't look cheap and wear out your machine. Emblibrary has instant downloads and are a charm to work with. They literally have thousands of designs that are all top notch quality and they stand by their work.

In September 2022 I ordered 2 embroidery patterns. Patterns are beautiful, however the use of the pattern sucks BIG TIME! I don't know if that last statement can say it all. I have attempted to reach out through the message portal and several phone calls. I finally received to return calls today, 10/31/2022 at 11:17 am (Jeannie) and 11:42 am (name). When calling the toll free number, the call went through the same b. S. menu and the result was the same b. S. recording.

All I want is my money to be reimbursed for the pattern that skipped a whole section on an order. The apron item is not useable and the item will have to be replaced for the client. Not such great news for any party associated with the purchase. Time, nor money.

Additionally, I attempted three time yesterday to log into my account. Each time I was not provided access. I received new computer generated passwords to use. FINALLY! Fourth time is the new charm. I am so stressed out that I don't even want t look at your b. S. website or any crap you have to offer. My experience has been pure crap, if you get me meaning. All I want to be refunded for the two patterns I purchased in September 2022 and be done with you organization. Please don't call as I will not take any calls from Emblibrary.com.

I purchased a design pack with the word "lace" in it. Upon stitching out the supposed "lace" designs one of them fell apart. There was no connecting parts on this particular design to hold it together and the others were dense enough to stay together luckily after dissolving the stabilizer making it not a total loss. After looking up this design on their website to see if it was something I might have done wrong I found that they changed the name of this particular design pack and that was probably because they received many complaints for the same issue I am describing. So I contacted the company to ask about said designs and come to find out they were meant to be stitched on fabric and not a true lace design. In fact "Sammi" stated that the designs were meant to look like lace but were not actually lace designs. Their lace designs would have the word "lace" in them. I was confused as when I purchased them it did contain the word "lace" in the title. Long story short they completely blew me off and would not offer a discount or any sort of compensation for a long time customer and an issue they had. I won't waste my money or time here anymore and will be taking all the referrals I sent to them over the years with me. We are a large group of ladies who believe in supporting companies that take care of their customers when issues arise and not blow them off when a problem happens. Meredith the second person who replied to me was just as useless with customer service as well. For your information the design pack I purchased was called A lot Like Lace Snowflakes Design Pack, it's now called Light and Lovely Snowflakes. These designs were not the only ones I had problems with over the years and when brought to their attention there response was it's not the design it must be your machine...Really? There are so many other places to buy QUALITY designs. Buyers beware of this place.

I wish I had checked reviews prior to making a purchase at this site. I purchased 4 designs and, after creating a pattern around the designs found out that it was too large to send to my machine. It was even too large to add to thumb drive. Each design had over 65,000 stitches. So, I removed 2 of the designs and altered what I was going to do. With these changes I was able to transfer it to my machine. Within 2 minutes of sewing the first piece I broke a needle and ruined my fabric. Same thing with the second and third attempt. All in the same spot. So, I removed that design and attempted to sew the other design that I purchased. Same thing. Broken needle, ruined fabric, lost time and my patience at its end.

I reached out to the company, letting them know of the issue and asking for a refund as I am completely unable to use the designs. What a waste of time. They create their designs in house and NONE of their designs are meant to be re-sized or altered in any way. All their designs are meant to be used with cutaway stabilizer, etc. etc. Etc... basically NOTHING is their fault, it is all YOUR fault, they are perfect, their designs are perfect and the reason their reviews are terrible has NOTHING to do with them, their products or their service.

I have been getting my designs for a number of years now, if a design has already been purchased they tell me,, I am also able to retreive a design from years ago and they have never been to dense, and they are the best with instructions and hints
