My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! I am putting a little shop together and searched for good quality High Bay LED lighting that I could afford. So many of the places to buy LED lighting were way out of my price range. Then I found Lightup.com and I was able to buy what I needed within my budget. I as worried I was sacrificing quality for affordability but I have been very happy with the lights I have purchase from LIghtup. I will definitely come back again.

UPDATE: Within 2 hours of posting my review below I received a phone call from Lamps Plus customer service offering to replace my lamps. In the end they ended up completely refunding the purchase to my landscaper who will be writing me a check. Appreciate not having to send back the product and finding replacement products in their catalog. If this had happened immediately upon me requesting warranty service this would have been a five-star review.

My landscaper purchased 3 low voltage path lights Sept 2021. Installed them November 2021 and all three have already failed. These lights are supposed to have 1000's of hours on them.

They say the product is passed its one-year warranty. ALL THREE FAILED! They don't even sell them anymore. Avoid this company at all cost!

I was looking for a hall seat to put in the entry way of my home. Came across the Amish Outlet Store (ASO) and found almost what I was looking for. The hall seat they had on the website was smaller than what i wanted and i also wanted a contrast color for the bench. After contacts the ASO I worked with their staff and was able to spec out exactly what i wanted. They provided a clear quote on price and estimate on when the item would be completed. They also sent me stain samples so i could pick out the color of stain for the bench. After everything was finalized i just had to wait for the item to arrive which was in the timeframe they provided up front. The delivery driver worked with my schedule on delivery and helped me put the item in the garage. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have no doubt this will be a furniture piece that will stand the test of time. Overall the experience was great, craftsmanship was great, and the price was excellent. Highly recommend purchasing from the ASO and don't be afraid to ask them to tweak what they show on the website to fit your needs.

If looking for a led sign quick vs neon, a lot better price and easy installation.

I ordered two Panasonic Bath fans. However, I received the internal components of the fan, as per the description on KB& A's website. The company was kind enough to see that the picture, on their website, could have been misleading, and are processing my order for a return. They have since changed the picture to reflect exactly what someone would be receiving. They have been honest and straightforward throughout this, and I highly recommend this company.
