All the dresses I ordered are completely different from what pictures showed, colours, tissues and brodery. The quality is very bad, brodery is extremely low quality and they are not available to refund or remake the dresses. They look like carneval dress. Better to buy original dresses during soldes than taking the risk of buying in these kind of sites. Very disappointing!

I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom at a cost of £80 + £20 P&P. I measured it carefully, following the exact instructions shown on the website. The dress looked beautiful on the website and was full length at the back but short and sexy at the front. It was strapless with ornate detailing at the waist. When the dress arrived, it was too large on the bust and gaped badly. The zip was extremely difficult to use (because of the detailing at the waist) but the worst problem was that instead of it being short at the front and graduating down to the floor, it was below the knee. I contacted customer services only to be told that I must have measured incorrectly and must have given them the wrong height for my daughter. The height and bust size given was exact and the fact that the dress was the correct length at the back (ie touching the ground), proves this. I sent them photos showing the measurements (in accordance with the website's instructions) and was told that the gaping was due to the fact that the dresses could be made up to 1 inch out. They insisted again that I had not measured my daughter correctly. After many emails, they agreed to refund £30 towards the cost of me having it shortened at the front (to make it look like the dress on the website) and to have the top taken in. The customer services person was quick to reply but extremely rude and unwilling to admit that the dress was not the same as that advertised on the website. I wish I could attach a photo to show anyone thinking of ordering a Kissydress. Please don't waste your money! I feel very foolish for having been taken in by such beautiful images.

PAID £140 FOR A DRESS, GAVE THEM EXACT MEASUREMENTS - RECEIVED THE DRESS WHICH IS MILES TOO BIG, HAS BEEN MADE TERRIBLY! I HAVE EMAILED THEM ASKING FOR A REFUND - SENT PICTURES AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DRESS - PARTS OF THE STICHING WERE HANGING OUT - THEY REPLIED WITH THIS EMAIL BASCIALLY CALLING ME A LIAR! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY:

We are sorry that you didn't like the dress. But we guess maybe you don't want the dress actually. We don't know if you determined to do this when we told you your order can not be cancelled based on our policy. We feel so disappointed now.We checked our recorded pics for your order and the dress is made as requested. Waist size should be measured in the narrowest part but not where you measured in picture.

The red line is supposed to be the right place to measure waist size. Pls check our recorded pic to see that waist size is made as requested. Pls note that "The finished gown may vary by approximately one(1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements." based on our return policy.

About the stitching problem, we can't see where you find it in such a small part. It's more like you add one more complaint about this dress out of nothing. Our dress is of good quality and we can make sure of it. Even though we want to offer enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, we can't claim mistakes which are not real, which are our faults.

I ordered from this company twice. Dresses are of good quality and really fast shipping. I'm very pleased. Seller is also quick to respond.

Dress is so elegant and different from other dresses. Very shining! Just can not believe my eyes! The delivery is fast and they packed it well and it arrived in good condition! Would recommend :)
