Everytime I've had trouble with my items (dead on arrival, parts not working, missing pieces, etc), meh's customer service is always quick to correct the issue, whether it's through sending a replacement or refunding my money. Heck, I even needed help twice with the same item, and I was never given and grief about it. So even if I don't have confidence in the items sometimes, I do have confidence in their customer service :).
Tip for consumers:
Check it everyday for useful items. If you end up buying a lot, they have a subscription that gives you free shipping and also discounts on their other sites (sidedeal, morning save, etc)

With the approaching low, winter temperatures approaching, I thought I was getting a good deal on Jane when I saw this item advertised. It's billed as "unisex", so figured that ordering my regular size would work. It didn't. Not only is the vest too small to fit my frame, it also doesn't charge up and therefore doesn't heat. I tried multiple times to get Jane support to help me and they completely ghosted me. This was the first and shall be my last time ordering through Jane.

I gave one star due to the absolute terrible Customer service. This is for purchasing Groupons for a local service. You can't request a refund or trade in voucher for Groupon bucks anymore. They make it near impossible to get help, and you can't reach anyone in person or by email. It's all done by chat, which does not resolve your issues. BEWARE of purchasing local deals!
I will not purchase from them again!
