“5 star service and quailty”

I needed to get some CEUs done to renew my nursing license. I signed up with Rn.ORG and emailed support about a question as far as where to enter my license number. I received a prompt response and followed the directions and my courses were sent to the Florida Board of Nursing within 4 hours. That is what I all excellent service. Highly recommended indeed!

“Inadequate”

I purchased a subscription in October and completed over 30 contact hours but nothing is showing under transcripts. I didn't print or save certificates after each course, so I went into my account in January to print them out. Nothing comes except my name and license. I contacted support at least 5 times and the person keeps telling me the same thing each time. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
The website is simple and easy to use. First class and I have let the nurses who work with me in the ER know how simple and easy it is to renew my license with www.rn.org

Products used:
unlimited access - which gave me access to hundreds of courses for under 20.00 which is amazing as the other website was upwards of 50 dollars for the same thing (but offer far fewer courses)

Our email support is excellent. Chances are you created multiple accounts and are logging into an old unpaid account. As mentioned on the website in numerous places all you need to do is click on Forgot Username and/or Password. Also you are responsible for printing off your certificates after you take each and every course (after every course you take it mentions this). We have over 200 hospitals, clinics and universities in 13 countries who depend 24 hours a day on RN.ORG.

If you need help filling in the registration, maybe Larry Snyder can help you and you'll think he's great. But that's about the limit of his ability. Claims he wrote the course material, but copyrights are in other people's names. Doesn't understand simple English but will argue over something idiotic, over and over, and then condescendingly mention that he has said that before. Well... It will be worth spending a few more dollars on another site where one can actually LEARN, not be distracted by the typos, and have access to the courses paid for.

Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere.

1. Very poor quality of course materials.
2. Multiple errors in tests.
3. Very limited course choices
4. Trite.
5. Weak supportive evidence and citations
6. Poor response to customer service.
7. On the plus side, it is very cheap, but still not worth the money.

I've been a member since 2012 and return year after year to RN.ORG. And if I have a question I get an answer back in a very short time - sometimes even at 2 in the morning. 5-star support indeed. The design of the courses is very easy to comprehend with lots of drawings and photos. Wanda is an excellent author. The website is very easy and quick to use and they send the courses over to the board of Nursing in under an hour. All of my nurse friends and the staff working in the ER are on the website and at my previous employer, the entire hospital bought accounts for each and every nurse on RN.ORG. What more can I say.

Tip for consumers:
Open one window with the course on the left and another window with the test on the right.

Products used:
I've been taking numerous courses on the website for many years now. The ER is using their courses and the previous hospital had the courses for the entire staff

I was so impressed with the explanations in the course materials. I had a question about CE Broker and emailed support and received a reply back within 5 minutes. After I hit "Submit for a Grade" I received my score and 20 minutes later I received an email from CE Broker that my course completion was at CE Broker. How much easier can it be? Kudos to RN.ORG.

I have been returning to www.rn.org now for 8 years - great courses that are regularly updated and written clearly and an extremely user friendly website with wonderful support. And while the other websites are constantly raising their prices - rn.org remains the same at 19.99 which is the deal of the year.

Larry the "President", should be Larry the cable guy!. So rude, wouldn't you want someone telling you how many other people sucessfully used their service instead of helping you search? I mean the search box doesn't come up with the proper classes when searched, its a limited selection. Once you find the class you want, which will take you longer than completing the class, there are ridiculous questions asking statistics. Don't use them. I know I wont next renewal. Bye Larry the cable guy!

Well, we have been in business for 20 years now and over 1.3 million people completed courses on our websites. That being said we have over 200 hospitals, clinics, and universities that depend on our websites for their Nursing CEUs. Yesterday people completed 1191 courses and only one person had an issue so the website indeed works or else we would not be one of the largest providers of Nursing CEUs (you can verify this at https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/rn.org) This customers email said "your an a$#hole and shouldn’t be in customer service" so we closed her account and immediately issued a refund. Best of luck and God Bless.

Really bad customer services support. Sent some email and I never received answer. They even don't have a phone number for CUSTOMER SERVICES

We indeed respond to all emails I assure you otherwise we would not be in business nor be one of the largest provider of online Nursing CEUs. In order to offer the absolute best value in CEUs all support is via Email only. Years ago when we were 29.99 we provided telephone support but people wanted the price as low as possible and were more than happy with the easiness of the new website so we stopped hiring people to answer the phone!

I mean, this is 2020 and offering access to so many courses for the same price for so many years is unheard of today. Everyone is raising prices these days - but not RN.ORG. Excellent courses developed with lots of drawings, graphics, photos and explanations. Top quality.

I was so impressed with their website - I took a course and the results were reported to CE Broker within an hour. The courses are very well written and easy to understand..

Tip for consumers:
enter your license information as posted on the website so your courses get sent ASAP to cebroker.

Extremely well-developed courses explained in simple words and easy to understand. I've been a nurse for many years and RN.ORG is an excellent resource with their extensive list of courses. Everyone in the ER is using WWW.RN.ORG for all their continuing education needs.

I did the HIV/ AIDS course and paid $19.99 for the test. I took the test and I'm 100% sure that I passed the test but it shows no records of my certificate or that I even took the test! I am in a time sensitive situation and now I have to wait for them to reach me regarding either my certificate or my refund. Even when you call the number, the guy on the voicemail, sounds a bit angry or aggravated. Now I have to wait. I will go to my agency because they recommend this place to me. I'm actually rethinking working for them because of this. Just give people what they pay for.

If you go to our website you will see we have 106,000 likes on Facebook ( https://www.facebook.com/www.RN.org/) so that is not true at all. We don't access any email. And honestly, do you believe after paying 19.99 your computer turns off so obviously the issue is on your end. We have over 200 universities, clinics, and hospitals that depend on our website for all their CEUs with over 1.3 million courses completed. We have also been in business for 20 years..

Obtained this info on my credit karma site!

'In april 2018 rn.org's database was allegedly breached. Even if you don't use you rn.org account anymore, it's important to protect any info that was exposed, email address and password'

Rn.org has never notified me yet and this was over a year ago!

Beatriz addressed your issue above -- We have been unable to verify that the leak was from their website. That being said the information that was said to have been leaked is available to the public and could have come from other sources. For example, go to https://appsmqa.doh.state.fl.us/MQASearchServices/HealthCareProviders
And from here you can search on healthcare providers and obtain their license and contact information from a public database.

There is a very large stamp across each of the reading pages for the classes. Making it very difficult to read the pages. I understand the need to prevent copying but this makes it extremely difficult for those paying for the classes to even read them! Just open a class and you will immediately see this! I will not be purchasing again and will likely end up looking for another site to obtain contact hours from at this time also.

Good Morning -- Since it was brought to our attention that several un-accredited nursing assistant / home healthcare aide schools were using our courses without our permission and then taking our certificates and changing the names and license information on them our attorneys then required us to add the copyright notices on each and every course. These students actually paid for these schools and then when they tried to get a job the employers verified the certificates which of course we invalid. We are aware of several hundreds CNA students being taken advantage of this way and each of them paid close to 1500 dollars for this program which was forging our certificates. That being said we've been in business now for over 20 years and over 3.4 million courses have been completed on our websites which are used by over 200 hospitals, universities, clinics and insurance companies. We also have over 210,000 likes on our Facebook page.

I couldn't be more pleased with RN.ORG. I find their courses very well written with excellent details, photos and drawings. So simple and easy to understand. I've been with RN.ORG now for 10+ years and I am amazing that they can still provide such quality courses for without raising their price.

I am licensed in two states and find the information informative and up to date.
The cost is very beneficial when maintaining multiple licenses.
There are many other sites but I have used this for several years and find it convenient and affordable. Jack M.

I've used the other websites - some of which are charging 59 dollars a year for the same materials. RN.ORG continues with pricing at 19.99 which is the best deal out there. The courses are outstanding...
