Really bad customer services support. Sent some email and I never received answer. They even don't have a phone number for CUSTOMER SERVICES

We indeed respond to all emails I assure you otherwise we would not be in business nor be one of the largest provider of online Nursing CEUs. In order to offer the absolute best value in CEUs all support is via Email only. Years ago when we were 29.99 we provided telephone support but people wanted the price as low as possible and were more than happy with the easiness of the new website so we stopped hiring people to answer the phone!
