The bracelet arrived in lovely packaging, nice presentation if you are planning to gift someone. I bought four in total and gifted one to my friend. They seem run out of stock very quickly so if you are eyeing on them, act quickly to avoid weeks of waiting like I did. The customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful. All the support goes to SMEs.

The quality of these jewels is excellent, my bracelet sparkles and the setting of the stones is very well done.
I am so happy with my bracelet that I have already ordered a necklace and that I will be ordering again as a birthday gift for my sister. Add to this that the customer service is extremely responsive and friendly (merci Lucie!). In short, delighted with my experience.

I love these products. They look like real diamonds and I have gotten so many compliments on my necklace. There was a shipping mix up with one of my pieces and I was so impressed by the level, speed, and care of customer service in order to make it right. I will absolutely be ordering from Rosce again.

I purchased 3 bracelets and earrings. Earring didn't close properly, didn't like the look of the gold bracelets they looked cheap and the white gold was to big for my wrist, all I wanted was to exchange it for a smaller size and return the other bracelets for earrings, since there's no refunds. It clearly says on there website you are able to exchange, they do not want to take back the bracelets instead are offering me to buy other bracelets at a discounted price. This is a scam, and the stones are not diamonds. China garbage

I have bought several jewelry items from earrings, bracelet and rings I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the products the stones look real and sparkle is beautiful. I am there customer forever. Thank you for such affordable jewelry and there beauty. Please continue to make affordable jewelry and the workmanship is awesome also.

This company has false advertising on their website. What you are buying is not synthetic or man made diamond. They are only a diamond simulant, which does not have the same element or chemical compound as a real natural diamond or synthetic diamond. I asked them for a refund after I figured it out and they were giving a lot of trouble processing a refund, not "hassle free" as they advertised in their Returns and Refunds policies.

I purchased 2 "Athena" bracelets. I as very pleased when I saw that I was kept informed all the way, from the first step untill the last one, and more surprised when, after just 6 days, the package was at my door. More surprises came when I saw that the both bracelets were in the same package, even if I ordered them separatly. I said to myself, these people work using their brain! Than you again!

I ordered 9 necklaces and 2 bracelets, and I love them! I'm gifting this to my bridal party and I am so excited to hand these out to my girls! The quality of the jewelry is fantastic! I also reached out to the company to ask for additional boxes (my mistake in not selecting that this was a gift) and they gifted me with beautiful earrings! Such kind customer service as well!

I ordered two Diamond Cross Pendant and chains for each of my daughter's for gifts. Beyond beautiful, they are more beautiful and brilliant then in the pictures. This is not my first order with this company, always pleased with their work snd their customer service. I will be ordering a Cross pendant for me now.

I love my Monette 4 prong diamond necklace in white gold vermeil. It truly does look like the real thing. I have a real diamond tennis bracelet and you cannot tell the difference. I purchased the 16" as I wanted the necklace to sit nicely on my neckline. When I found out that the necklace is 100% tarnish free and hypoallergenic that was a bonus.
I would highly recommend this necklace to anyone wanting to dress up their jeans/tshirt or add bling with your LBD (Little black dress) for more of an elegant look n' feel!

After some to and fro, the admin at Rosce were always on the case, communication was easy and I was kept up to date. We had some difficulties earlier on due to a returned item (incorrect address) but was resolved. The items I received today are exactly what I expected. Beautiful crafted, polished and worth the price. The packaging is cute, but a slight more attractive detailing eg. Cosmetic wrap, delete mini plastic bags and present in a more customised faux leather/velvet box/wallet, would give your products a more expensive and exclusive vibe. The buyer and gifter would have more confidence. Your products are sublime and affordable, and will attract a major market.

Very aggressive marketing and ‘diamonds' did not pass the fog test(you blow on the product and if the fog doesn't disappear quickly it isn't real diamonds) Total waste of my money.

#2 red flag: The site said lifetime warranty but there is no cert in the box to verify that.
#3 red flag: The site said every piece of jewellery had the Rosce logo on it, not true.
#4 red flag: Product came in a mini ziplock
#5 red flag: Trustpilot.com is based in China and their hundreds of positive reviews are dubious

I have to congratulate with customer service for being so kind and fast in their answers to my requests.

I am from Ireland and I have Purchased many Products from Rosch Jewellers. I honestly have to say that every single item that I have received from them, I truly Love. It was a milestone Birthday for me on the 24th of August and I am celebrating this occasion on Saturday night the 28th of August, 2021, with my Family and Friends and I will be wearing my Rosce Jewellery with my pearls and I am really looking forward to it. There I was minding my own business when - Bam! I saw the Rosce ad online and convinced myself that I needed a diamond ring to help ease my lock down blues. Next thing I knew I was paying and waiting excitedly for my ring and earrings ( well yes obviously I needed matching earrings too)
There were pandemic related and festive period postal delays and the team was so friendly and kind whenever I wrote enquiring about my order. Then my goodies arrived and they were indeed beautiful and packaged gorgeously. Yay!
However...
I had not sent the correct measurements for my ring it seems for it was too big.
Once again I wrote to customer service and they offered to send me another ring with only the cost of delivery and keeping the existing ring. An amazing response I believe. Next I admit a stone fell out of my earring ( possibly from the heat they think)
And they told me how to fix it and because I could not they offered to send me replacement earrings too.
Ok so I can't say it was all seamless so far but I promise you one thing
The products are really beautiful just as they look in the Ad and you can trust the company because when faced with difficulties they just come through so kindly / politely and respectfully and sort everything out. Wow! No wonder they have such great reviews
