Very aggressive marketing and ‘diamonds' did not pass the fog test(you blow on the product and if the fog doesn't disappear quickly it isn't real diamonds) Total waste of my money.
#1 red flag: Package was from ShenZhen
#2 red flag: The site said lifetime warranty but there is no cert in the box to verify that.
#3 red flag: The site said every piece of jewellery had the Rosce logo on it, not true.
#4 red flag: Product came in a mini ziplock
#5 red flag: Trustpilot.com is based in China and their hundreds of positive reviews are dubious

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. However, we are surprised to read these baseless allegations from a non-buyer. We contacted “Natasha W” (via Sitejabber’s private message) for her order details but “Natasha W” did not respond. We searched our systems but did not see any order with a similar name so we are unable to email or call “Natasha W” to attempt resolution. Sitejabber only allows us to contact “Natasha W” once via private message. As “Natasha W” did not respond, we could not identify “Natasha W”.

#1) We ship from the US as proven by our USPS/UPS/DHL tracking numbers
#2) We provide lifetime warranty
#3) We did not claim in our website or show our jewelry being stamped with the ROSCE logo (because we have never had such mark on our jewelry to begin with)
#4) Our jewelry are individually wrapped in resealable polybags before inserted into individual satin pouches
#5) Our Trustpilot location is based in the US. Our reviews are from real customers and verified by the Trustpilot review team

This fraudulent review from a non-buyer contained false information that violated the Content Guidelines, we have reported to Sitejabber to remove this suspicious profile.
