“Keeps Track of Online Orders and Shipments Automatically”

If you place several orders a week online, I recommend using this app. It works on your browser, Android, iOS and ChromeOS. Slice's main function is to keep track of packages. However, it doesn't end here. It also archives orders for you, keeps receipt and you can search for past orders as well. It also alerts you about recalls and price changes. Very helpful indeed.

I had my home address when I ordered and the driver was in my old address when he said he's here. I did have a huntch and recheck my address in between as well it showed my home address. When I called slice letting them know what happened. Slice Zero customer service told me I ain't getting my food nor refund. Free food to driver as well.Never using this service again. Bad bad bad experience.

Poor customer service and an app that don't works makes this one a waste of your time and money. It asks for your address and then ordered my food at a restaurant in another town. Showed up to pick up my order and the restaurant has no idea what I was talking about. Called customer service for a refund but instead for stuck with a 20 mile round trip and cold food. Would not use again.

Installed the slice extension two months ago. Did the same level of browsing as before. When I reached the payout threshold, the ads stopped showing up. When I tried to log in into my account, I saw a sign "Account blocked due to fraudulent activity". The only fraud here is slice company. They abuse you and take away your earned money. Do not even bother trying to earn money through them. Save your time, computer space, and electricity for reliable extra earning opportunities. This one is a vicious scam.

My pizza did not get delivered. We all agreed on that. They refused to send the driver back or give me a refund. They just kept talking in circles.

I ordered pizza. The app notified me that the food was delivered but I never received it. Customer service refused to offer a refund because they said the app. Indicates it was delivered. It was not.

I ordered pizza from a place that is only 10 minutes away from my home. It took over an hour for delivery through Slice. My food arrived cold & on National Pizza Day at that. This is not the first time I have received cold food through Slice but it will be the last time.

Slice refused to repay for a pizza and I never used the app bambino's pizza also refused $ 52.14 don't order if you have to use SLICE

I placed an order with a neighborhood pizza parlor. The driver delivered the order to the wrong address. The pizza parlor called me to say he knew it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Slice and they said it was delivered to me and therefore I would not be seeing a refund! I told them it was not delivered to me, the pizza parlor said the same and yet they will not credit the charge! I hope the Slice driver enjoyed the food because it was never delivered to me. The pizza store re-made the food and it was picked up. They did nothing wrong. Slice has fraudulent drivers and they have poor customer service. I will never do biz with them again and neither should you! If you have the app...DELETE IT!

I WISH I could give ZERO starts!

I was in Orlando with my family enjoying a peaceful weekend & decided to order a pizza. I didn't realize I was ordering through a 3rd party app at the time. I received a conformation email the Pizza place New York Pizza & Wings received my order & was working on it. After waiting almost an hour I called the customer service number. They told me they couldn't get ahold of the pizza place but that it should be delivered in 15 mins & if it wasn't delivered then to call back. 20 mins later I called again. The customer service called the pizza place & someone there said it was on the way & to wait another 15 minutes. ANOTHER 20 mins goes by & I call again. They now say the pizza place is closed & to call back the following day after 6pm to request a refund. The following day I called back & they tell me the pizza place claims it was delivered. They tried to contact me & when the driver (WHO IS THE OWNER) couldn't get ahold of me they left it outside & took a picture to show it was delivered. After multiple calls to slice & New York Pizza & Wings, emails to & from Slice customer service NO ONE has provided with me any pictures, or proof of attempted contact. Slice keeps telling me they can't offer a refund because they don't have the authorization from the Pizza place. THE PLACE THAT CLAIMS THE OWNER DELIVERED THE PIZZA But still refuses to provide me with the pictures.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY'RE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY & OFFERING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

After a pizza I ordered was more than an hour late I called and asked "What's up?" They have no clue. There is no follow through and all the do is put you on hold. Never never never never never never again.
