My card was charged twice without my approval and why would i buy coins if you don't actually give any kind of real reward except crappy fake coins that didn't agree to buy

The game use to be fun to play but now its become impossible to get anywhere.
Less payouts impossible daily dash,
I have spent money before to enjoy the game but no more,
Why spend money for an app that has become irritating instead of fun

They need money so bad, they entice you into "deals" that are not reflective of what you thought you were getting. Customer "SERVICE" people are rude, disinterested and have an agenda of shutting your inquiry down. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL BE PI$$ED.

A man turned up at my home the other day to disconnect our electricity... My wife has not paid the power bill FB or over a year and guess where the money went?
You've taken her soul and turned into an addict that can't even be honest about a power bill.
As if it wasnt hard enough to keep people off pocket machines... now your putting them in their hands.
I hate you for your part, go and get real jobs that produce other than heart ache and hardship.
See o when my kids are missing out because your algorithm, I hope to you don't sleep, cause I can't.

This game used to be fun
It has turned into a buy buy buy game
The daily dashes have become impossible unless you buy buy buy
You have to click off about 10 or so buy pop up's just to start playing

The greedy A** h**es that own this game have absolutely ruined it! You have to spend all your time clicking through the multiple ads just to get in. Typical hideous greed! And do you think they care about all negative reviews? OF COURSE NOT! You'd be a fool to give them one cent.

Read no further than this...No reviews above one and a half stars, and a generic reply to the 99.9% of negative reviews to contact support with your grievances. Read a book or walk your dog's instead...it'll be much more rewarding!

Your game says higher bet = higher chance to win super Jackpot. This is all BS, I wasted several hundred of dollar in few days just to keep my game running, yet never did the Mega jackpot nor super jackpot happen. Slotmaina was fun once but it's no longer the same, all the company wants is to rip off all your money for few minutes fun. People are already living in hardship and sadness due to the current Covid 19, we just want a but of excitement in lives, but your game makes life even harder... I'm gonna leave this game forever... I hope other players and victims can see my post and switch to other better games.

When you lose 22,000,000,000.00 in coins in 2 days. Then can't get more then a few hundred thousand for the next month it probably is rigged. I just deleted it.

I spent a bunch of money on here which is no biggie. But then they added 3 charges from purchases I didn't even make. I email them and a week later no Freakin response. In the future remember that the people that spend money on you site are paying your bills and maybe respond to them if they have a problem. If anything it's just good business.

Would have given 0 stars but had to hit one.Game was once fun but this year it has gone downhill rapidly. All that seems to matter to this game is now much money they can try and extract from you. Also the customer service is a joke if you have an issue you most likely get some scripted patronising reply which offers no help or even relates to problem raised. Basically steer clear of this game like the plague

I've played Slotomania about 4 years. I was very happy with this game until now.
They have changed the DASH MAX from 14 days to 7 days and still charge the same amount.
The BLAST where you buy extra picks has been slowed down so much it is almost impossible to fill it,
Before that game has ended. Basically you waste your money. You have extra picks left but I would rather use them when I buy them. I am trying to find another game to play. I'm tired of being RIPPED OFF.

Stay as far away from this site as you can > It is a joke. You pay alot of money to win a few points then the odds change and they take back everything. The more you win the more you have to bid to level up or win some of the odd games they add on. Its all about them making money and you losing yours! If you complain they just tell you your luck is bad but will change soon as long as you keep playing and paying. They let you win at the start then change everything to make sure it doesnt keep happening!

Be careful when you make purchases because after your initial purchase, Playtika will keep taking your money even though you didnt purchase anything else. They charged my account over $200 before I caught what they were doing. I had to close my credit card down and replace it with a new one. Thieves!

The only excitement here is to correctly Predict how long it takes you to lose. Games are rigged to give u less and less the higher you bet. The daily dashes are absurd need to win 66 billion in a hundred spins when you only have 3billion...

Playtika has changed their format from being #1sloto games to flushing it down the toilet. I have been member quite sometime now, and it's getting worse. They do not care enough to get problems solved, always lame excuses. Not like gambling at a slot machine. Slot machines do not keep invading your playtime. Playtika does. Adding more and longer times to slow down what you win and the interruptions thru your game time. Noticed yesterday, Monday, my clan didn't reach the key. Never had that happen, which tells me they are now messing with clan points. No one can play rush, unless they are willing to bet very large amounts. They have reduced the free ticket to play some of the games, and in this case, using your tickets on holey moley before you start game. I could go on with the greed from these new persons oe whoever is trying to make the game unbearable. No option to opt on some of the in-game games. And the worse of all, when they didn't have someone who didn't know how to fix gaming issues. I do hope things start changing back, to when people enjoyed playing. Games are no longer fun!

I got tired of all the greedy new owners. Changed the way to play. And changed rules. I refuse to play until they go back to the way it was before the new owners took over. Also, the rep who comes on here, says the same thing to answer to your complaints. Why we complain is because we all went thru to customer service and get the same answers we get from this rep. Stop treating your loyal customers and long time players so badly just to get greedy.

Somehow when you win on slotomania 4+5 does not equal 9. Maybe 7, maybe even 6. This site cheats you. Too bad as the slots are entertaining. But the company is a rip off.

F this site, rigged to clean you out. 90 Trillion lost in 2 days. They say it's random number generator, it's really rigged algorithms. Don't even think of spending money here, the vacuum is ON.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to maybe win some, but it will all go away and they maybe a little give back, only to lose again. BS rigged system.
