They need money so bad, they entice you into "deals" that are not reflective of what you thought you were getting. Customer "SERVICE" people are rude, disinterested and have an agenda of shutting your inquiry down. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL BE PI$$ED.

THe cabinets took forever from order to arrival but that was ok by me as I am a weekend warrior and timing wasn't critical. The product was overall decent with a couple of screw ups that I was able to fix. I ordered door fronts one had 2 inch trim and the other had 1". Technically it was because one measurement was 6 1/4 and the other 6 3/8. In the small print it delineates the cut off where they reduce the trim. When I inquired as to why NO ONE at least brought it to my attention, they basically said it was on me. IT WAS but what company looking at only 2 drawer fronts that look drastically different due to the trim size wouldn't catch it? I recently called and emailed about installation links that have been removed and NO ONE will give me an answer. I am now retired and flipping houses. I will look for a better company to provide my kitchen remodels.
