I am owed 1050 US Dollars for a credit card balance refund. I have called in 13 times, per my records. I have sent 11 Emails, and 7 direct messages to the support team. I have contacted the highest level of support. It appears they have absolutely no intention of returning my money to me. They claim that a check was sent, but it was not. I have also not received an affidavit or an electronic transfer either. I am beyond words at my frustration here. I am quite certain they are making no effort to amend this because it has been over a month so far.

Very bad customer service. The person couldn't even understand English. She raised her voice at me when I asked her a question.

Wells Fargo hires thieves to work for them and they are aware of the scam they are doing. My daughter's debit card was scammed by a Wells Fargo employee and 3 months later they finally returned her money. Today, they just randomly drained her account and the response she got was "they an do what they want with her money and there is nothing she can do about it." She has babies to feed and rent to be paid but guess Wells Fargo don't care. GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK!

Horrible Bank!
January 2, 2024

They place uncessary holds on my deposit and rarely make my deposits available. It's horrible when you can't have access to your own money. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER BANK OUT THERE! Been with them since 2006 but, they are getting worse each time. They dont' even deserve 1 star but, they don't give you an option to rate them below a star *******@wf here is a 1 star you did not earn.!

Wells Fargo turned me down for their cash back credit card three times. I have an exceptional credit score of over 800 and have money in the bank. So it seems to me that they are only looking for people with poor scores who are more likely to pay their exorbitantly high interest rates.

Horrible customer service
December 22, 2023

Yes, Wells Fargo is STILL 'that bad'. This is the second time that Wells Fargo has really messed up with me. When we went to purchase our bed, we found out Wells Fargo would be the one to offer the 0% APR for an extended period. I opposed that so strongly, knowing Wells Fargo has terrible customer service, but we figured we would have it paid off by then. Well, I guess they don't give you a warning before they charge you more than $900 in interest. I take responsibility for being a month off on my calculations, but Wells Fargo just has rude and terrible customer service. I should have listened to my instincts and the thousands of reviews, and I hope these reviews save you a good couple hundred bucks!

December 18, 2023

The worst customer service ever.Ive spent all day trying to talk to agents to unblock my card, got transferred from department to department.Eventually got told my card was unblocked, went to use it, still blocked.Called again, was placed on hold, and after was told my card was cancelled and they are shipping a new one.why did he cancel without even telling me and in the previous call i was told i can go ahead and use it. What a nightmare!
They have no idea what they are doing, idk who hired those people but its just ridiculous.

My mother banked with Wells Fargo for decades. On her death, she had two very large accounts held in trust. My brother and I are successor trustees. It's hard to even describe how frustrating it has been to attempt to have the account transferred to our names. Every visit to the branch involves at least an hour with a "premier" care provider, watching them make calls to the "estate care team" while they fill out a five-page form, which we have notarized, and then bring back in. The form is then rejected by a different person in the same estate team for some trivial error. And we then have to start over. Since we are in different states, it takes longer. But the problem is with the bank not having any clear or written directions or anybody in authority to speak to. As a result we had no use of the funds for months. We had a similar account at Bank of America. They told us what needed to be done, and we did it. It took a while, but there was no sitting in branch banks watching people make phone calls. Also, the complaint team works in a similar way - call a number, speak to a nice person, then get transferred and disconnected. Really incompetent.

Wellsfargo Auto Loans
December 11, 2023

I'm an account holder with this bank in excellent standing, never missed a payment and in most cases pay over my loan amount. Wells Fargo offers a 3 payment differ program during the life of your loan as was confirmed by one of their bankers whom said I qualify for the program. Yet when I speak with the auto loan rep. They want to know why and refuse the use of the program. Funny people during the holidays like to have some extra cash to spend on their families, but the bank refuses a account holder in good standing the use of a service they won't ever need other wise. Excellent service wells Fargo here's your 1 star and expect to see more if these posts on other sites so people know not to do business with you. I'm also closing my auto loan account with your company, cause who wants to do business with an unhelpful bank when so many others are available.

Arrogant and incompetent. Not to mention rude and just plain stupid. Wells Faro froze my accounts' from withdrawals for 3 weeks causing me hours of work to move funds from my other banks causing late payments and causing me to miss out on an investment opportunity. All this was because Wells Fargo said that their computer showed that they did not have my cell phone number that was clearly seen in my account profile. Even though they admitted to having my cell phone number: they said there was nothing they could do until their computer recognized my cell phone number so the computer could send me a confirmation text. No one at wells fargo had the brains or the ability to correct their computer error. So, I closed all my Wells Fargo accounts and advise you to do the same!

We have had Wells Fargo as our mortgage lender for many years with no problems and no late payments. Someone tried to hack into our account and within one week of straightening it out Wells Fargo sold our mortgage to a company that is not accredited, has a B rating, was hacked recently, and is facing a $3.6 Million Settlement Approval In Class Action Over Unlawful Servicing Fees. I know it is legal to sell out mortgage without our consent but I faal betrayed that they sold it to a company called "Mr. Cooper" with such bad history.

There has been three fraudulent charges on my son's Wells Fargo account one on October 31 for 194.49 another two charges on November 1 in the exact same amount in the amount of $11.14 well as international charges for each transactions. My son reached to Wells Fargo on November 1 as soon as he noticed the charges created a claim case, as well as shut down his card. Wells Fargo has closed the case stating it his my son's fault that his digital information was stolen/hacked and therefore Wells Fargo finds my son at fault for all the charges and will not reimburse.

Zero if I could
November 3, 2023

This is the worst bank I've ever used. Won't cash their own check without a 7.50 fee. What if the check was 8 bucks? Also my boss writes me a check every week which I cash at this bank. Now all of a sudden twice in a row you determine that you have to call and verify he wrote the check. So now you are calling us both criminals. Since he didn't answer the phone you refuse to cash his check. All you had to do wads LOOK. And you would have seen I cash his check weekly. Seems it has to be illegal to refuse cashing your own checks. It's no different than insufficient funds. You owe me an insufficient fumnds. My charge to you is 39 bucks

More bureaucratic red tape, lies and double talk then congress, have a mortgage with them for years, the actual loan is in my husband name only as I was necessary, then husband passed away, and even though I have given them proven documents of legal rights to be added to the mortgage, and even thought my name is on our joint Wells Fargo Checking Bank account, they will not allow me to continue to make my mortgage payments online through the online banking system like I've done for years. Who writes check's anymore, but I'm being forced to do so now.

Honestly worst bank ever. The employees are unwilling to help people and won't give clear answers. Tried to withdrawal cash and they couldn't even give me a reason why my account wouldn't let me. Deposited 1 check into my account to try it out but I will never be using them again. Waste of time.

Customer service

This bank surely have some overly unprofessional agents or representatives. I called the bank on 10/23/23 to report an unauthorized charges on my card. The agent, a lady got insane in the middle of my report and kept me on the phone for 28 minutes without saying a word. I used another phone to report the incident and the agent did the worst, hanged up on me as I was reporting to him. The bank need to stop hiring INSANE people and get rid of those already hired.
