My order came through in great shape, packed well and with all necessary equipment. However I am surprised on how long it took from ordering to receiving. Also, surprised how mediocre and flimsy the products are. So fragile, I thought they might break installing the. Even the thin plastic plug guard doesn't sit properly and pulls at the thin shade. Not surprised if the shades make past a couple of years Unless I'm the one carefully using them.
Because I have always been pleased with the quality of your shades. Not at all sure now. Very thinly made. End of story.
Very easy to navigate the website and order online. I love that you offer paypal as a payment option. This is my second time ordering from blinds.com. I decided to update my two spare bedrooms with new cellular shades. Also, I called customer service with some questions before placing my order and He was very helpful.
Thank you for the ease & assistance in ordering blinds for a primary bedroom and family room. I took advantage of ordering multiple sets of samples in diverse types from faux wood & wood materials to Roman shade fabrics, woven woods, and horizontal shade material. It was worth ordering the multiple samples as I changed my decision after seeing, touching, and placing samples with wall/trim color. I took advantage of asking questions on the virtual help line. However, when it came down to selecting tape color on the wood blinds, I called to visit with a real person regarding accuracy of colors, since tape samples are not available (an option that would be beneficial to add). However, I appreciated the Enhanced Product Preview option on the wood blinds with my tape colors. This view gave me the opportunity to see the colors & tape combo on a virtual window & added to my comfort level when ordering the blinds. The addition of adding the Deluxe Warranty was also a peace of mind expense I was willing to pay for. We did have a large window blind that arrived damaged. We contacted Customer Service, and they walked us through the replacement process with ease. They were very polite, helpful, and created a help file in case we needed to contact them again. Which we did and it made the process that much easier when they could pull the file up no matter who responded to our call.
I was thrilled with the service. It had been 4-5 years prior that we bought our house full of blinds. I needed to replace one but couldn't find my invoice to verify the color. Customer service found my previous order, verified the color & it was received in the time frame expected. Its wonderful to talk to a live customer service rep that knows how to resolve your issues. Recommend this product highly.

Excellent company their contractors were excellent. I live in Northampton and the travelled to be here and arrived at 8:30 am the bought there own Scaffolding and by 4pm they had replaced all the facial boards and down pipes great team and worked with efficient speed and excellent workmanship, yes the job was expensive but well worth the money we paid for our 4 bedroom property.
Ordered 2 blinds on January 4th t is now January 16th and they haven't shipped. I was told they haven't cleared customs. Never realized they were being imported from Mexico. I hope that when they finally show up they are satisfactory
