I sent my impressions in years ago and the retainers fit snug/the way they should.just reordered twice for loose fitting retainers and they still are putting my teeth out of alignment. Hope I can help someone save time and money by not going through this company

We have tried to warranty your order twice for you. Your order was a reorder, so your teeth may have shifted since the first order. With all our products, we have a warranty and could have switched your order to a new one or issued a refund. Instead, you just decided to keep them provide a bad review. We always work with our customers just as we did with you. We just need to be notified of an issue instead of finding out via a bad review.
