I order an item which was a 5 to 7 day delivery 16 working days later and nothing i email twice and phoned twice i was told, they would get back to me and yet nothing when i did get in touch they told me this item would not be ready to 12th december. Shocking i asked for a refund. They did not try and make any contact to say there was a delay, not even a sorry. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SITE AGAIN
