Ordered a necklace from Oak and Luna as a gift. Received a random package with the my shipping label on it. Label was barely attached. No necklace inside. Contacted USPS about it but it was clear Oak and Luna did not properly adhere the label to my package. Attempted to contact them, and they don't have a phone number. Sent several emails through their website, all I got was automated responses. No human contact.
