My first purchase from this company. Website said 5-7 days for delivery.
Well, if a Saturday or Sunday is included in those days, ADD TWO MORE.
No one has thought of getting the items out, prior to a weekend.
The day I ordered was a WEDNESDAY….
Then allow for a small collar to be put into an envelope, that will take 8 days.
Then, if you complain it might move things and you might get the SMALL COLLAR IN 11 days.
Not sure about the 11 days, either. Since mine hasn't arrived.
Tip for consumers:
Be PREPARED TO WAIT…..FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE.
AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT HELPFUL.
