I live in Oshkosh, WI and item arrived in Oshkosh on Wed, Dec 21 and was marked as out for delivery by end of day. It never arrived. Now on Fri, Dec 23rd I get a tracking update that my package is in Tulsa, OK. No way the package will arrive by Christmas. I call Signals to make a reasonable request to get the shipping charge removed from my order. They cannot do that. Only option I am presented with is to receive the order and then return it. We will be out of the country when the package is now due to arrive. No other options given. So, in the course of my conversation with the CSR I went from a customer who wanted a shipping charge removed because of a shipping mistake (why should I pay for that kind of service?) to a former customer who will now have to return the order which will arrive when I'm out of the country.
Terrible customer service experience! Stay away!
