Defective/broken iem returned for refund was then not refunded, after calling a month later tind out a gift card, not requested, was sent, minus handling fees. Used gift card, had to pay nominal additional amount via credit card, then Signals took that credit card number and use it to sign me up for a bogus subcription. Disputed the transaction as fraud. Stay away from this merchant.
