Both the motherboard and processor boards of my high end ASUS laptop failed after 2.5 years of moderate use. ASUS customer support management did not care about the poor quality of its product, and instead offered to fix the laptop at 300% over their cost. In essence, ASUS wanted to profit from its failed product. I will never again buy an ASUS laptop and I highly recommend that other not buy an ASUS laptop due to its abysmal quality. I have purchased computer since 1982 and have never been more dissatisfied with my computer purchase.

ASUS high end laptop that failed after 2.5 years. Both the mother board and the processor board failed. Management at ASUS customer service found this poor quality acceptable, and only proposed that they could replace the boards at a cost of at least 300% over their cost. So, ASUS would make a significant profit fixing their failed product. Never buy an ASUS laptop.
I utilized this site's "reorder" button for insoles that I had previously purchased a number of times from this website. This button does not work because it pulled an address that I had not used for nearly 2 years. I noticed the error after ordering and called customer service immediately after placing the order. Customer Service blamed me for the error regardless that their reorder button entered the wrong address and informed me that the insoles already shipped and that they would not resend the order to the correct address. Horrible customer service! Don't purchase insoles form this store, it's not worth.
