This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. First the car was missing all of the all weather mats I purchased. I still haven't received them after going back and forth on several calls with them. The car was also very dirty. I had to get it detailed. The cheapest detailing I could find was $265. So far they have reimbursed me $100 of that after several calls and texts back and forth with them. Next, the wind shield wipers are not new so now I need to purchase another set of those. Finally there is no owners manual. They sent me a link but it's the wrong manual. I texted with an advocate and I told them I could buy one online for $70 and I would like to get reimbursed for that. She just kept explaining that Carvana doesn't guarantee the car comes with manuals and was very sorry for the inconvenience. I kept telling her I needed solutions and not lip service. She seemed to enjoy passively aggressively antagonizing me by sympathizing with me without giving me any solutions. I told her to F off and then she unsubscribed me and told me it was a pleasure speaking with me. Very bad customer service. Save yourself some frustration with the basic things you should expect after dropping $30k cash.

Tip for consumers:
Not worth the hassle. You will feel very unsupported and frustrated. No accountability. You don’t get to test drive. Just go to the dealership.

Do not use Travelocity if there is any chance you are going to cancel your trip. They make cancelling sound so easy but its a nightmare. When I cancelled and wanted to rebook they said everything would be refunded except for the flight. I would only get a credit for that and Id have to call back when I was ready to rebook and they would help me with booking the flight. Caveat is it had to be on the same airline. And they would charge me an additional $200+ for the change. Ok fine. So few months later Im going to rebook. Well apparently now I cannot book a package deal with flight. I have to purchase the flight separately which is going to be quite a large sum. And they cant tell me what my flight credit is so the agent says she is going to transfer me to the flight department. I get transferred to Expedia. The lady says she cant help because I had booked the package with Travelocity. She transfers me back to Travelocity. I explain the situation and the lady assured me that she will transfer me to the correct dept. She transfers me back to Expedia! I then explain to the agent how many times Ive been transferred and she says she cant help and will need to transfer me back to Travelocity. She does and this time I get a recording! At this point Im cutting my losses and NEVER using Travelocity again. Nor Expedia since they seem to be the same company. Absolutely ridiculous. I would encourage you not to use companies like these who have no process and whose employees dont seem to know whats going on.

I ordered a product. They accepted all of my credit card info and the order went through. Then immediately I got an email saying my order couldn't be processed but didn't tell me why. They had a live chat link and I clicked on it twice and submitted my info but no one responded. Very unusual. I emailed them to cancel my order and not to charge my card. I hope they comply. I should have read these negative reviews first.

I bought a dress. They said free returns. When they sent me the return label, it didn't cover the weight so I had to pay $43 for postage to return it. Then they never even gave me a credit. So now I need to dispute the charge through my credit card.
