I placed a large order. When some items didn't arrive when needed, I contacted them to cancel those items. I was told it couldn't be done because they were in transit. That was over a month ago. Those items still haven't arrived and they were ordered 2 months ago. Had to write customer service twice to get an answer which was not prompt at all. Items that were sent were overstuffed into a bag that was too small. Their phone is not in service so all contact must be done by email. Horrible company.

Unfortunately, once an item has shipped, there is not way to cancel the shipment after it has left the facility.
