I ordered a spiked leather collar from them and did not receive my a whole month later. I ordered the next collar size up just in case. I finally received my collar and it was too small. I shipped it back but it took them 2 months to even credit my account but by that point I just asked for a refund. I just finally received my refund that they were not trying to let me get back. I had to go back and forth with customer service during the entire process because they kept telling me they did not receive the product yet when I talk to a whole person in charge of their finance support they said my product was received a week ago. It should have not taken that long just to return a product that I had originally planned on just exchanging for a bigger size but their poor customer service and rudeness made me take my money somewhere else.
