I ordered online for Valentine's Day. I've been a customer for over 30 years. My old address was in their system. When I ordered I updated the order to my new address. However, Godiva sent my Valentine Day chocolate to the wrong address. I'm over here in tears, no valentines day chocolate. I will sever ties with this company after over 30 years. It really hurts, no more Godiva for me. Can you say heartbroken? For years I went into the Store to purchase, no problem. Now that you must order online it's a mess. Just to know that someone else enjoyed my Chocolate and my family and I had nothing. This pandemic has really changed life. Good businesses are closing down, done off, so sad.
