Purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture. Had some repairs that needed done - manufacturer came out and repaired - no questions asked. Similar issues again- protectall covers NADA. Horrible customer service - require you to send in photos and they make a decision without responding to the customer. You only find out when you call to inquire about an unanswered claim. Don't waste your money...they should be called ProtectNOTHING. Might cover if you set it the couch on fire...but not a seat cushion coming off of the couch. Ridiculous!
