Received the battery but it did not fit my drill. I contacted them requesting a return authorization or a replacement of the proper battery. They responded quickly that they would look for a replacement. That's the last I heard from them despite repeated requests. I had to send it back and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Purchased special - for $30, get 2 movie tickets and $100 in food. We did this once before and it worked. This last time, the tickets expired at a certain date, but when we went to print them, we found the fine print that they had to be processed and printed at an earlier date. So now we're out. Too much fine print and gotcha's built in. Their site is difficult to navigate - had to call their help line to get that purchase to show up in my account originally. And of course you only get B1G1 essentially for the dollars - not simply (that word again - 'simple' that doesn't apply to them) dollars off. Too much hassle for me. I won't be using them again.
