I purchased in good faith, on the quoted delivery date even allowing for an extra few days just because… Well package is five days late and now I have to pay for shipping to have it returned to me since the person I was sending it to was only there on vacation. The company offered me a big ole' 10$ Gift card. I doubt I will spend more $$ on GRUNT anything!
I can hardly wait to see the quality of the item purchased Buyers BEWARE!
Tip for consumers:
What the advertised shipping time was vs the inadequate and slow company processing the order. Huge disappointment, especially when I calculated in extra days to compensate for potential delivery issues, such as weather or unseen delays. I definitely thought that the GRUNT team would process the order ASAP… after all they got paid immediately.
