Shocking customer service
Tried to place an order used very credit for years suddenly wouldn't let me and had to do proof of identity checks, told I passed after lots of long calls and even a address check and tried to order since and been declined, was not told the reason waiting for over an hour on their phone lines as they obviously don't have enough staff and told I can't use credit anymore till I pay the balance I'm not overdue and owed £200 out of my £1,200 credit limit
Was not told the reason why really frustrating will never use again

Locked me into a sim only contract I did not want and trying to charge me £400 to cancel
Been a loyal customer for 4 years they have gone downhill

Switched to sim only contract once headset paid and then would not let me cancel when i found it for £10 a month elsewhere within the cooling off time
