I have had warranties with them for many years and devices and (thankfully) never needed to claim. When I finally did, they said to take to their authorized local repair center. They are not able to fix the phone and now Upsie says I need to send the phone to their depot (waiting another 24 to 48 hours to get the paperwork) after having been without a phone for 2 weeks already. Who know how long it will take for the 'depot' to confirm the diagnosis. I have cancelled the remaining warranties I have with them and I suggest if you make the mistake of purchasing a warranty from them, you do the same.
