About Me

Self described servant to 3 Feline Overlords, beta reader to 15+ of the BEST indie authors around, organic life is a must for my overlords and me, I have aquarium ecosystems fully aquascaped, and plants are my life. Gardens, monarch rescue, black swallowtails and tree frogs! The only way to live fully is to be submerged in nature.

How I Can Help

I studied nutrition for years on my own, biology & illnesses: to go fully organic, took control of my health and got off 14 medications. I did this with assistance from my VA Doc's.

Interests

Rescuing feral cats, working in my gardens, underwater and land, releasing baby monarchs.

However, the whole problem is you don't have a phone/phone service.
They won't help you online.
They won't help via email.
They won't help via mail.
They only help if you CALL THEM.
How can you call if you don't have a phone or service?
I spent three days from the minute Wal-Mart opened to closing with a wonderful tech in telephone department. Each call to safelink took almost an hour to answer from hold. So when I had a safelink phone, one call to them ate up a minimum of 60 of my 300 min. One call to the VA eats up no less than 45 minutes on hold. Then I had no phone again. And couldn't call them. I live alone and only know two people. Both are over 75. One is my landlord who buys minutes per month. Only 500. The other is 76 and gets only 300 per month. So this time, because of safelink ridiculous policy, I was without phone, and internet for two months and I have a pacemaker that relies on internet. Without a phone, you can't get your internet registered to activate it. I'll review xfinity to explain. That's an even worse company. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in my area.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know someone with unlimited minutes and that will allow you to use their phone every time safelink screws up and you have to call them.

However, even though the approval and sign up took 15 min on Jan 4, the phone didn't get here until Jan 12, the first SIM, never got here, the second one not until Feb 2, and the phone doesn't work. The touch screen barely responds, even when it does there's a 2-5 second delay in every action. Did complete rebook to factory specs with technician, still has the issues, also without my touching the phone; it randomly turns on everything to do with reception ( my wifi, the calling Wi-Fi AND the data) even when it's turned off overnight. The battery gets so hot, I have to keep the back off of the phone. I have to check every half hour to see if those are on or off. Additionally, I have to redo the wallpaper every couple hours as it constantly resorts back to the original face. This happens randomly, but at least six times a day. Sometimes after a call, others if I turn it off and on, or just go online and off. As you can see in photo, I just turned it on and it's back to factory wallpaper.

Tip for consumers:
Phone is poor quality lots of screen and other issues

I was skeptical at first... why do I need a quarter? Where are the bags? But then, I saw the difference. Excellent prices on organic food, which means I can now eat more than one cup of food per day. I haven't run out since Aldi came to town. The staff is paid well, given seats and are very happy. I can now get avocados and organic frozen fruit for smoothies, everyday. The selection could grow, I'm a little disappointed that there's organic milk, but not half and half. Why would you want pesticides, chemicals and pus in your half and half if you didn't want it in your milk? Aside from thatthat, they have special weird deals, like I was saving for over a year to get an 8" memory foam mattress, I had a weird last minute decision to go to aldi. I found one and only one, 8" memory foam mattress, in twin, the only size I could use. It was half the price, so I got it. I have severe degenerative joint disease. Since then, my pain is reduced by at least 60%. Thank you Aldi!

Good prices, pretty quick delivery, love the auto delivery feature, this is a great company. I have had great experiences with customer service, no matter what issue, information request or just assistance; they are always professional, friendly and helpful.
