“It tips over constantly & they won't let you return without "original box"”

I HIGHLY recommend you pack it immediately upon receipt & take it for a test drive so you can see how unstable & uncomfortable it is to pull with it constantly tipping over! UGH! Don't throw out packaging until you try it out or you'll be stuck with crappy luggage you'll never use like me!
