My fridge has been pouring water on the floor for over a month and every time i talk to them they escalate the situation and enaure i will get a call back in 1-3 days and the service technician that came to my home said to talk to them because the cabinet is cracked they should replace it and he did not want to order any parts. Upsie is terrible! They keep telling me that its escalated and that i will be contacted but now the water has damaged my floors and they are still giving me the run around.
Then had the audacity to tell me to be professional when speaking to them when they have no professionalism when handling urgent matters. It's been nothing but a run around with them.
