I was sent was a new version of a book, not the version I ordered. I needed the specific version that was pictured and listed on the website description at the time I bought the book. My pilot store confirmed that the website had not been updated to show the new version. After two months of back and forth with my pilot store associates I finally was able to get a prepaid shipping label and the book was shipped back to my pilot store. I waited 2 weeks for the refund and when I didn't get it, I called them for what I think was the 10th time for this product. I was told they would process the refund immediately. Two days later I finally got the refund. However, it was a partial refund. They sent the WRONG book. Their error, yet the customer is penalized. One photo shows the receipt with the "part number" of the book I ordered and paid for. The other picture show the "part number" of the book I received.
