Great quality. Website difficult to navigate to previously viewed merchandise.
Your website is nearly impossible to navigate. It would change my choices. For example, I chose United States for my country, and it changed it to France and then another country until my 3rd try. Also, payment changed me from AMEX to VISA, until I was finally able to re-key in the data. It took 3 tries before I could finally get the payment right. I'm pretty computer savvy, so I doubt it was user error. Looking forward to see how long it takes to get the merchandise. Looks like good quality clothes.

I have been a loyal Talbots customer for years. They have great quality merchandise. So why only 2 Stars? It is offensive that they must think consumers don't realize they inflate their prices and then offer 50 to 40 % off! For example, an original price of $199 is now offered at $219. Yes they offer % off but it results in a differences of a few dollars.
