Don't buy a hopper gift certificate. I received one over 6 months ago and have not been able to redeem it. I have spoken to so many people over 100 emails and phone calls and no one at hopper has been able to resolve the issue. They also will not issue a refund. So they have stolen $90.00 from me.
I will post the emails so people can see how ridiculous the excuses are. I can imagine a company which has received tens of millions from capital one, can higher a competent IT team.
I don't know who to talk to but I want my money back or fix it.
