I found the light fixtures that were perfect for my bathroom revamp. They arrived quickly and I was thrilled. When we opened them to have them installed, one globe was broken, the glass had a hole and it happened in the box because the broken glass was still in the box. I made several phone calls (waited for 2 hours and never talked to anyone), emails, and reported the return needed. Never heard back from anyone. It has been several months and still the only reply I received was the automated, we got your message and will be in touch...
Customer Service makes or breaks a company, this is so poor. I know things are crazy, but to never even follow up and address my issue is ridiculous after 4 months.
