Placed an order in the beginning of December. Emailed on 2 different occasion to get an updated shipping estimate and got 0 response. Then I see the charges being refunded on my bank statement. I once again contacted support, funny how I got response almost immediately this time, which I was then informed that my order had been canceled. No effort was made to provide a solution. Things got hard and they ran away, last thing I would expect from a company that so proudly boasts it veteran heritage
I do apologize for any frustration caused. Unfortunately we experienced some inventory issues and wanted to make sure if we were not able to get you your gear before Christmas, we got your money back to you.
