I've lost count of how many times I've purchased from VIP. They have all sorts of items at different times. Your best bet is just to check in and see what's new. I often find items they list on another site they sell on, then come to their site and buy it for the same or a lower price. Computers, printers, cell phones, air fryers. I've really lost track of all I've bought from VIP, and most of it half of the retail on most other sites.
If you do have a return there is no problem and they handle it quickly.

Most people complain with good reason in most cases.
I think it's really good that I can report a company that has knowledgeable customer service reps who try to work with you in resolving issues.
The prices are some of the best, their options and packages are some of the best. 24/7 customer service, almost always immediate response.
For example, companies have base fees that are the same for all plans, plus taxes and federally mandated fees. So no matter how little, or how large your plan is, they have fees they have to charge. A mail order company cannot sell you a 39 cent item then spend $4 to mail it to you. It's going to cost at least $4.39.
I have a multiline plan with them that shares unlimited talk, text and shared data. It's $30 for two lines with 6gb data fees included. My third (backup) phone has a $5 plan PLUS fees, the total is $8.57 2500 minutes, 2500 texts and 500mb data. Absolutely easy to set up (I came from the worst -Tracfone) no surprises, all was disclosed as to cost ahead of time, on all plans all you need to do is read. In fact, several plans say 'all fees and taxes included'.
You can choose to go with Verizon towers or with TMobile/ ATT. Up to you, they send sims for both, you choose which you want to use.
I've never found a better company for cell service and I started with Alltel and a Motorola bag phone in 1992. OH--- AND 5G!

Go to the site, what you see is what you get. As well as great, fast and knowledgeable customer service.

At least they must believe they don't need it, because the don't have it.
I wanted to get away from Tracfone and go to US Mobile (great service great reviews) Their website showed the wrong number for my account associated with my phone. When I tried to get the right number they said it was on the website dashboard. It was not. When I tried to get them to update the number so I could see it, they WOULD not. When I tried to get them to text or email it they wouldn't do that either. I've never seen a company that wouldn't give you your account number. You have to guess. Is it the imei of a phone you had years ago? The one you have now? The sim card they gave you? They won't tell you which one, you have to guess.
So I filed a BBB and FCC complaint. FCC being the best one to file a complaint with, of course, when their form asked for my account number I had to put 'they won't tell me'.
If I have to go to tin cans and a string or smoke signals, NEVER AGAIN.
I attempted again to get my account number after filing complaints. It turns out that within a 24 hour period, TRACFONE CHANGED IT. The one person they didn't tell was me. However, a US born agent, first language English anyway, helped me actually get my number. I won't go into detail as how it was done other than to say I had to be guided through a lengthy process, one I think could get her fired if they knew how she 'didn't tell me' the account number. I don't want her to lose her job, but she would be great working for US Mobile. 2 days ago my account number ended wiith 5915 (all I could get from TF) yet yesterday, the number she helped me get ended with 8583. It turns out that I had put the sim in the phone I was porting to for a few minutes and it set that phone IMEI as my new account number. I have no idea why TF does this. Every other provider sets your account number and you have no problems. I've gone to a much better service now, where customer service is simple fast and since they're so good, almost never needed.

Helped a friend book tickets on lastminute.com through Momondo. Once the email was entered it showed it would send a receipt and order confirmation. It also gave me an option to create an account.
After several hours I was never received any kind of confirmation and never received any link to create an account to track the booking.
I found email contacts and emailed them, they don't have one on their site. The email contacts were all rejected.
This site appears to be a fraud and scam. I've contacted momondo to see if they can help. I also advised the friend I helped to cancel the charge on Natalia's card.
Don't trust these people, and after reading other reviews, I see I was probably right.

Seems cellunlocker will take your money, then ignore you. No code, no customer support, just a voicemail that basically tells you you're on your own until it's convenient for them. Don't expect to get an unlock code in 72 hours or any timeframe they indicate. Based on their voicemail you have to wait until they get it or tell you they can't the time is up to them. I'm not waiting months. I will be contacting my CC to dispute and chargeback based on fraudulent advertising.
THEY DO NOT have 24/7 service except to take your money. The chat they claim to have available is an icon with NO window that opens. Once you send an email, they throw up an ‘info' that tells you it can take up to 2 days to respond. So much for 24/7.
This site is flagged by the BBB as possible fraudulent activity.
I submitted requests to two different providers for two different identical Galaxy S9 plus phones on Xfinity. The other provider had the unlock code for me in 12 hours. They are on ebay.
If you need a non scam website, try ebay. They'll make sure you get what you've paid for if the vendor fails.
I have a feeling that many of the reviews on here are generated by cellunlocker themselves. Scammers have no problem claiming they aren't affiliated with the company.

Let me 'debunk' the response below- Cellunlocker said:
"You are claiming that you were unable to see our Live Chat button on our frontpage."
I said no such thing. What I said was "The chat they claim to have available is an icon with NO window that opens" - no screenshot will cause that icon to open a window.
They also said "One of the conditions is that you cannot request a cancellation while it is in process. If it exceeds the turnaround time then you can certainly request it."
This is not what was on the voicemail. The voicemail clearly said that turnaround times are only an estimate. That refunds are only made if the unlock code does not work.
Next debunking:
You are claiming that you are not getting any email responses back. There are several possible reasons why.
1. You may not be emailing *******@cellunlocker.net or *******@cellunlocker.net
2. You may have accidentally unsubscribed to our email host.
3. Email landed in your spam/junk mail.
I used their email contact on their website. They never responded. So #1 is debunked.
I had no trouble receiving the cancelation email they sent AFTER the CC credited my account on the chargeback. That shoots #2 down.
3. There were no emails in my spam box. But the emails they sent AFTER my CC charged back landed in my inbox. There is #3

Their self generated email ‘proof of search' is as legitimate as Hillary Clinton's proof of turning over all emails subpoenaed.
This company is toxic. If you run into this issue, at least you now have in their answer the following statement: "One of the conditions is that you cannot request a cancellation while it is in process. If it exceeds the turnaround time then you can certainly request it."
If you decide to use these people, screenshot your turn around time shown. It will definitely make it easier to chargeback. And, you can always come back to this review and response and copy it to your CC. Don't let them get away with keeping your money as so many on here have.

Tip for consumers:
There is no customer service. The only way to get a response from Cellunlocker is to complain on websites. They don't have time to respond to emails with their alleged 24/7 team, but can respond to negative reviews in less than an hour.
