We our a local IT company in CO.We purchased a "4uKey" from TenorShare" for a client.The Software did not work, saying "it does not support our version of IPAD." We emailed "TenorShare" explaining our issue."TenorShare" response, was a prompt apology and an effort to Blackmail us into writing them a 5 Star review, saying that if we were to go on to "Sitejabber" and give them a 5 star review, they would offer us a different software "4MeKey" that would work, for free, as they would not REFUND us the money. So we lost our money and they lost more.
