I opened my pers. Chase account in 2002, with an lovely young Banker (who was the PERFECT customer relation at my local branch)! After meeting her and see, how she treated me and my new opened Account holders as Chase, I changed my Business Account, my Savings Account and entered in many new products over the years with Chase!
And suddenly by 2020 everything changed (and I am not talking about Covid-19), I am talking about banking! My Husband opened accounts and became a "private client" (which means nothing at my local Branch in Sheridan Street) there are no advantage of any kind, except calls from a "Banker" who try to sell you new stocks or investments.
In March suddenly, Chase didn't pay my set up Bill pays (with more than efficient money in all Accounts) I made 2 bank appointments to find out, what could be the problem! Guess what? My Account where canceled! I couldn't believe this, when the online customer service told me! I send an certified letter to the CEO at Headquarters (never heard back) spoke and emailed to Executive offices at Chase, (we have to do some deeper research), You never receive an full name or employee #, the Executive Department is not allowed to answer via email ("only" via phone call)! I believe this is some ill feeling going on! Thanks god, I opened a new Account with my old bank on march 01,2022 and had enough money to do so, since Chase hold my money "hostage" and would not authorized wirer transfer into my new Accounts? ALL my Accounts Checking, business, credit cards (I have an 795 credit score), savings where closed without any explanations! I had to go to the bank and the only way to receive my moneys from all my accounts, was as a check payment! If any one could explain to me, is this what they are calling "Private Client" OR "customer service"? So, please if you want to save yourself a lot of headache, DON'T open ever an Account with Chase! Except if you like to left in the unknow about your Bank accounts and your banking relations! Chase need to educate their employees and as Customer, we should have access to a "rescues" line available, after 20 years of banking with Chase!
