I had my order of just ONE item from Amazon UK sent to my UK ship7 mailbox. I requested that the item be repacked into a smaller box along with an updated photo of the item in its new box with its dimensions clearly showing 11 WHOLE days ago!
This was what was uploaded to my account (Find attached below); a bulky black wrapping was used to wrap the box. Also, neither the whole of the box nor its dimensions which were requested could be seen in the picture.
It is quite obvious that the wrapping would add to the dimensions of the parcel, thereby defeating the whole purpose of the repacking request. So, I asked for it to be removed EIGHT whole days ago and for updated pictures of the item in a smaller box with its dimensions to be sent again. There was a response saying it would be done however after waiting a few days, I sent a reminder three days ago, and once again, they told me that it would be done and yet it STILL has not been done.
I am truly sick and tired of always having to send several emails before a simple request can be carried out and for just one item too. What is so difficult about removing packaging and taking a clear picture showing its dimensions? Isn't that what you're obliged to do without me having to ask?!.
Remove the wrapping as you have been instructed to so I can check my item out, as I do not intend to have any more items sent to my box for forwarding, after the poor service I received from you
