If I could give this company zero stars, then I would! I discovered a stain on my couch so contacted ProtectAll after getting their coverage through Ashley Furniture. The website to create a claim didn't work so I contacted them by email. I was able to schedule a technician who was supposed to contact me to set a date. The technician never contacted me so I emailed again, and a date was set (7/15/22).
The technician arrived and told me that the Chaise cover that was stained would have to be replaced. He stated they would send a new cover and it would take 6-8 weeks. On Sept 14th I contact ProtectAll again and after 30 minutes on the phone was told that the part had not been ordered and it would now be ordered and would take abaout 2 weeks and arrive by post. Just contacted them again now (10/3/22) and was told it would take 6-8 weeks from the order date (so about 11/14/22). This is over 4 months from the original contact date to get a new cover and the problem resolved (maybe... we will wait and see).
