We ordered a Panasonic 3 phone set for hearing impaired. It took 3-4 months to come. When the set came, one headphone had poor sound quality. We decided to just keep the two headphone set and return the problematic extra headphone (valued at $90). We were told we'd get a full refund, so we spent over $20 to return it. Our credit showed $17 less than we were told. We called back and they told us we would be refunded the rest. But we never were. We spent $40 more than we would have with a legitimate organization.
They had also tried changing our order midstream.
