My husband took his the case off his Samsung phone last week and noticed both the back and front screen were cracked. No problem, we bought insurance...or so we thought. Explained he wasn't sure what caused the cracks, it was in a nice case after all. Rep said we had to have a reason it happened. The only incident my husband could think of was it falling out of a golf cart at work. Whelp, that's considered negligence, so the claim was denied. Rep said it's in their claims of service that we finally received a copy of. Yep, negligence is in one of the clauses. How convenient, just refuse to cover devices by claiming everything is negligence on the part of the buyer. Never again. At least Square Trade has always fixed our devices!
