I spent 79 bucks of the lil sprayer and 6 or 8 of the lil green bottles. Doesn't color anything no refund offered 5 and 7 bucks

They say they have 100% customer service satisfaction guarantee they offered me $5 then offered me 7 that’s it some 100% guarantee huh
Ok good luck getting a reply from the email address they provide. I sent 8 emails with not one reply

I ordered one part on Sept 5th. It said avaliable, has been processing 19 days? I have emailed 8 or 9 times got a; we will reply to you within 5 days. No reply. Have called 5 times set on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. No answer what so ever. Is there customer service, parts specialists, or anything? I will fill out a better business bureau and maybe I can get a reply through them. This is beyond sad in the past I have had a great experience with them but not this time.

Don't buy from them until they fix their discrepancies
