They used to sell lifetime plan but sadly they change their lifetime's terms and the name (to Perpetual Plan) Now you won't get free update if there's a "major" update. Which means you need to pay annually (because they release a "major" update every year).

Then how can you call the plan "Lifetime" or "Perpetual " if we lifetime buyers have to pay annually?

Tip for consumers:
This company is not trustworthy and they charge lifetime buyers annually for an update

I used to love this company but unfortunately recently they have changed their promises /terms at will and forced users to spend more money to get the benefits that users should have before.

They used to sell the lifetime plan but in an update, the lifetime disappeared from the page and replaced it with the Perpetual Plan. With the change of the name, the promised lifetime update became only the update of the current version. It shouldn't be if you can't fulfil your promise, you shouldn't have advertised so much and misled buyers.

Sadly that Wondershare has become such a company that doesn't keep its promises and let the customers who have supported it for a long time feel so disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy software from wondershare. This company can't fulfill the promise and they will change their terms anytime, which makes you lose the right that you had before.

They suspended / deleted my account after 3 days I created my account without any reason, just say that I violated their terms... So I googled and try to find what should I do. Then I found A LOT of people has experienced this so I wrote an email to their legal team and told them your bot banned wrong person again with my original psd file. Then they reinstate my account within 2 hours. Its pretty annoyed but since they have already recovered my account and reply to my email really fast (Especially it was on Friday night, I didn't expect someone to reply me at 21) so I give them 3 stars
-1 star because they didn't apologize for their mistake, not that happy to be banned in error and not getting a single sorry:-(

Tip for consumers:
If your account has been suspended and you know you did nothing wrong, don't afraid to write them an email, they reply your email pretty quickly and also take the action fast

They provide serval survey sites for you to let you complete a survey so you can get a lot of survey here. I have already cash out 2 times and have no problem so far. They pay you very quickly, for me they took only 1 day to send the money to my paypal account. Also they have different reward like visa, amazon, steam, paypal and more...

Ohh and other thing I like of them is that, they always tell you the process status --> you will get 3 email from them
1. To tell you that they received your request
2. To tell you that your payment is being processed
3. Money received!

Great website, if you are looking for a legit survey taking website to earn money. Its a good option

They really like to suspend people after they click confirm to redeem the points.
My account for example has been suspend when I tried to payout my money
If you write an email to them, they wont tell you why they suspend you, but will just tell you to follow their rule

Also, a big reason why you got suspend is that creating multiple account - you think its easy to not do it... NO NO NO
I have never create another account but they still banned me after I invited my neighbour to join LootUp
Another time they suspend me because I log in my account with my phone which is what their website tell me to do XD
You can write them so much emails as you want but they answered so slow so you have to wait and wait, and you don't know how to avoid being ban because they literal ban you without a reason
Out of a sudden every time when you're trying to redeem
That's how they use you to earn money and don't want to pay
Suspend is just the perfect way for them to not pay. Its just how they do the business...
Avoid this Company! Its a scam!

You should definitely avoid this company, go choose another one
LootUp is one of the worst online survey service I habe used
