Waited 45 mins, with 3 other people, for the airport shuttle that never arrived. We were given a number by Way.com to call for the shuttle as soon as we arrived at the parking location. We did. After 20 mins, and 2 other people arriving, we called again and were told that the shuttle would be there any minute. Another 15 mins went by, and 2 more phone calls, the shuttle service quit answering. We finally called an Uber after waiting a total of 40 mins. When I complained to Way.com, I was told that they are not responsible for the shuttle service and that it is not a part of their company. For what it cost us to park with Way, it would have been cheaper and easier to take a ride share from the beginning.
