I placed the same order three times and, every time, they would cancel my order, claiming they were unable to verify financial institution. They never tried to call me. My card would get the authorization and show as processing and they still did not approve it. When I called them, they could not elaborate. Getting a response from an automated machine would have been more effective than speaking to one of the Customer Care reps. Buying a home or a car is easier than shopping from this horrible website. I guess they will lose a customer. Awful!
